Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using any service operated by RealMatrix PTE LTD (“RealMatrix”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any RealMatrix product or visiting realmatrix.ai, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms. If you use our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

RealMatrix provides web-based tools and applications including, but not limited to, document OCR, scheduling software, financial calculators, and productivity utilities. Services may be offered on a free or paid subscription basis.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at [email protected].

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Resell or redistribute our services without prior written consent
• Use automated means to access our services at a rate that disrupts normal operation
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our proprietary software

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. Failure to pay will result in suspension of paid features.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks associated with RealMatrix are the exclusive property of RealMatrix PTE LTD. You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce accurate results in all cases. Tool outputs (calculations, extracted data, formatted text) should be verified independently before use in critical decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealMatrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.
